Due to a continuing increase in trade, we are looking to expand the management team at the Red Lion. We have a fantastic opportunity for a career minded person.

We are looking for a versatile person to spend part of their working week in the kitchen and part front of house.

Are you interested in learning how to cook for 60 on a Saturday night, how to run a restaurant and a booming function trade, how to manage a cellar and wine list and to be involved in book keeping, wage forecasts and staff training?

Experience useful, flexible and responsible attitude and a passion to learn essential.

You will be working weekends and evenings and must have own transport.
